Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at return@rainzio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
